We met Samantha randomly at an open house. She was very professional and had welcoming, positive energy. She went above and beyond, literally answering every question we had along the way. Things can get tricky with a property that has water rights, easements, septic systems, etc. But she was incredibly patient, thoughtful, and receptive to our needs throughout the process, putting us in contact with the right people, or contacting people on her own time. Samantha helped us find our dream home and walked us through every step of the purchase with infinite patience for our many questions. She supported us in walking away from our first contract after concerning issues showed up in the inspection and kept hunting to find just the right place.
